Radio Dalam Midnight Visit

Have no idea to go to eat around PangPol (Panglima Polim) Jakarta on the late night Saturday, since looking for steak, but could not find it. At the last moment we change our direction to Radio Dalam.

There are many choices to find along the Radio Dalam. Nasi uduk, bubur ayam, bebek goreng, Oenpao, etc. Our last destination is Rumah Makan Pakistan located near Oenpao and beside Carpet Store.

It is 24 hour restaurant, design with two types of table. Sitting with chair or using carpet (lesehan). We order Beef Biryani Rice, Naan, and Lassi.

Story Behind the Name (wikipedia-red)
Biryani, biriani, or beriani is a set of rice-based foods made with spices, rice (usually basmati) and meat (beef, lamb) or chicken/vegetables. The name is derived from the Persian word beryā(n) which means "fried" or "roasted.

Naan is a leavened, oven-baked flatbread baked according to locally adapted recipes. You can add korma, sugar, milk, beef, curry, or lamb as topping.

Lassi is a popular and traditional yogurt-based drink, made by blending yoghurt with water, salt, pepper, ice and spices. There are two kind of Lassi,Traditional lassi is sometimes flavored with ground roasted cumin and sweet lassi, blended with sugar instead of spices.
